AHEAD Application

Applying for AHEAD in a nutshell


The starting point into AHEAD is the four-day Bootcamp – Fraunhofer researchers can apply for it twice a year: either for the Bootcamp in March or in September. Check the box on the right for the next deadline!
 

We support spin-off projects as well as transfer projects aiming to license to established companies. You are not sure yet which transfer path fits your project and interest best, you can apply as an "undecided team".
 

The basis for an application to AHEAD is that: 
 

  1. You have a Fraunhofer technology, that meets the minimum TRL criteria (find below) + is free to operate 
  2. You have an initial business idea
  3. You meet the requirements towards your project team (find below)
